Delivery methods
We offer shipping via InPost parcel lockers.
Order/shipping lead time
Order processing time (until dispatch) is a maximum of 2 business days from payment approval, but is usually 1 business day.
Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. It is usually 1-2 business days within Poland and approximately 5-7 business days within Europe.
Phrases
Is it possible to return an order placed at Obsesionwear?
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase date.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
Returns of purchased products can be made by contacting us via email, providing the order number and a list of returned products (if you are returning only part of the order) at: kontakt@obsesionwear.com
How long does the return process take
In accordance with applicable regulations, reimbursement should be made no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the sales contract.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned products are received or until confirmation of shipment of the return is received. Reimbursement will be made immediately after delivery and inspection of the shipment at the returns warehouse.
