Best to machine wash at 30 degrees (in a delicate laundry bag) or hand wash.
Iron inside out - max 100 degrees (one dot). The material wrinkles very little, so there's no need to iron it :)
ATTENTION!
The material is very stretchy, which makes the flat measurements very small, but it adapts to the body once worn. Sizing is slightly smaller than standard sizing - if you usually wear S - take S, if you are S/M or have a larger bust (larger than C cup) take one size larger :)
